Through nourishment we feel connected
Aligning with ‘Great Mother’ Nature and flowing with the seasons helps you become the best version of yourself. This approach removes complexity and emphasises simplicity when it comes to taking care of you and your family.
Taking care of and nourishing ourselves flows through to our children, extending to more than just food. Creating simple practices, rituals, environments, and rest is essential for all of us to thrive.
Establishing these habits from a young age with our children is influencial. We teach this to our children, practice it ourselves, and expose this energy to our loved ones, allowing everyone to soak in these positive vibes.
“Our bodies are made up of consciousness and spirit and we are connected to the greater forever evolving energies through memory. In order to heal, we need to reorder the same internal energy that when into disorder and creating disease and bring it back to state of harmony. Reclaim a wholesome diet, nourishment and nurturance in the way we eat, think, breathe and move and in the sounds we create. This is a significant way to engender love within and without. When we feel nourished, the more commonsensical, intuitive and aware we become”.

Working with your dosa and the seasons to flow with the natural environment that surrounds us. Food
This resonates more than ever now as a mother, in this phase of life, having been nourished with food all my life by very passionate Italian grandmothers, aunts, and my own mother. I now feel a deep connection, appreciation, and understanding for all the beautiful memories that have served me in my life.
As the seasons change, so does the way we nourish ourselves with food and self-care. These have all been curated with the Ayurvedic philosophy to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.
