“Paola has such a calming and welcoming energy. I remember how good I felt after my first pregnancy yoga class. Paola never made me get into positions I wasn’t comfortable with and I loved connecting with my baby as I moved my baby. I loved the tea, treats and chat with the other mums after class and always left feeling reinvigorated.Paola left treats and a lavender spray once I had my baby which was a lovely surprise.I continued mums and bubs yoga classes once I had my baby and loved seeing the mums again with their babies earth side. Paola had set up a great space for the babies to play while us Mums had some much needed ‘me’ time. It has been so wonderful meeting and getting to know Paola. I feel she genuinely cares about my well being and loves helping mums as they prepare for birth, during the postpartum period and ongoing throughout their motherhood journey”.
