Class Descriptions:
Slow Flow

All levels welcome.
Class will begin with connection to self in meditation, followed by a slow flow yoga sequence with modifications offered for all levels, whilst connecting to the season and the elements. These classes are pregnancy safe.
This class is available weekly on Mondays and fortnightly Thursdays at 6.40pm.
Mums & Bubs Yoga

All levels welcome.
A safe welcoming space for mums to be with their little ones, connect with other mothers and receive nourishment, whilst practicing a gentle flow specific for postpartum recovery and beyond. Littles one’s welcome up till 4 years. Tea and take away seasonal treat for mum.
This class is available monthly on Fridays at 11.30am.
Yin Yoga

All levels welcome.
A monthly full moon, deep, restful and restoring class. Rebalancing energy levels and connecting to the seasonal elements.
This class is available monthly (week of the full moon) on Thursdays at 6.40pm.
Yoga Kids

All levels welcome.
Yoga Kids session infused with various fun yoga sequences and activities to help develop mindful tools for everyday life. A beautiful way for kids to explore their breath and movement, through visualisations, games and creative art.
A safe welcoming practice for 7-12 years old.
Next session: Spring School Holidays, for 7-12 years old on Monday 29 September at 10.45am.
Kindergarten children (Ages 5–6) are also welcome.
Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga, aims to prepare mums for the birth of a child, allowing you to connect with yourself and growing baby whilst practicing in a safe supportive space.
Interested in a 4 week yoga series focused on preparing for birth and postpartum, register interest.
